Word spreads rather quickly, and Olivia’s tutoring services have become so sought after that she can’t keep up with the demand. Eventually, she decides to hire and train two employees, Laila and Markus, to take on additional clients. But after a couple of years, it become clear that the business is no longer making enough to be able to support the salaries of its three employees.
